Overview
Al Quran is one of our own products. It is a free Quran reader for Android with one simple job: open fast, show the text clearly and stay out of the way.
The goal
Many Quran apps try to do everything at once. We wanted the opposite: a quiet, focused reading experience that feels comfortable for long sessions and is easy for readers of every age to use.
What we focused on
Readable textClear Arabic script with comfortable spacing, so pages are easy on the eyes.
Calm interfaceFew buttons, soft colours and nothing flashing for attention while you read.
Simple navigationGet to any surah quickly and pick up where you left off.
Free for everyoneBuilt to be shared freely with family and friends.
How we work on it
As with client projects, we started with the screens. We designed and tested the reading flow first, then built the app in short cycles with a test build at the end of each one.
Status
The app is in internal testing and will be released on Google Play soon. This page will show it as live as soon as it is published.
